Ordering/Terms and Conditions


Once you have determined your choice of tutu (either an undecorated,  or a custom creation you have discussed with our design team), you are ready to complete an Order Form*. The Order Form will guide you through several questions requiring your response -- everything from color choice, to whether or not you want details such as a steel hoop added to your skirt, or matching cording added to your bodice. *(if you don't have PDF downloading capabilities, please contact us and we will send you all necessary forms.)

Payment information is at the bottom of the Order Form. Please insert the appropriate dollar amount (either the standard, undecorated amount or the custom quote you were given from our design team). You will note that a 50% deposit is due when your order is placed and the balance of 50% is due before the item is shipped.

Timeless Tutus accepts personal checks, cashier checks, money orders, and payment via your PayPal account.  Payment through PayPal is easy and secure.  With PayPal, you may pay with credit cards, debit cards, bank transfer, or a transfer from your own PayPal account.  An invoice will be sent to you via e mail with instructions for payment through via PayPal, should you wish to utilize this service.



Payments made by personal check via US mail will take 10 days to process. Personal checks must be imprinted and include the signer's address and phone number. A valid driver's license number must be written on the check, as well. Returned checks are subject to a minimum processing fee of $25.00.

Please allow 6-8 weeks for the completion of your Timeless Tutu.

As all items are made-to-order, all sales are final and no returns will be accepted. All items are guaranteed under normal wear and conditions.
