Tutu skirt basques are made of the highest quality cotton/rayon bengaline (for other fabric options, see Custom Options Page) and lined in 100% cotton coutil for comfort and durability. Basques/waistbands are fastened with hook and eye tape and sent to you with the hook side sewn and eye side un-sewn with instructions so you can sew it on for an exact fit. Tutu skirt panties are made from Powernet and finished with leg elastics. Ruffles can be added to the back and front of the panties, if so desired. Please see the Netting Color Card and  Bengaline Color Card for available colors. Tutu skirts come in varying lengths. Please specify on the Order Sheet your desired skirt length. The Classic Bell is made of 6 layers of tightly-gathered, high-quality netting in varying lengths from 13"-17".
